Welcome to this new course which examines the growth and development of the Christian Church over two millennia. It is a fascinating, challenging and, at times, confusing story in which you will meet some of the most significant figures in Church History. You will meet both sinners and saints. The study of history helps us to recognise and understand the mistakes of the past and should help us avoid those same mistakes in the present.
